Dear Sir,

LETTER OF COMPLAINT

We hereby write to complain about the improper December Electricity bill


received on the 3rd of December, 2018.

As written in the said bill it states that the energy consumed in the month of
November, 2018 amounts to N23,247.00 both current month charges and VAT
inclusive.

You may wish to know that we have just been reconnected after being
disconnected since November, 2017. The Reconnection fee was paid on the 26th
of November, 2018 after submission of the initial part payment and a signed
agreement. Your officials reconnected our power supply on Friday, 30th of
November, 2018.

It is therefore clear that the bill received is incorrect. We would appreciate if this
is resolved and our bill be re-adjusted properly.
We look forward to your usual co-operation and resolution on this matter.
Enclosed is a copy of the said electricity bill and our reconnection receipt.
