R/ I usually buy my products cleaning in minimarkets that offer many products variety.

2) Do you consider yourself as a neat person? Why?


R/Yes, i`m consider a neat person, because i think thar cleanliness is an important part of
an individual`s life.

3) Do you feel satisfied with the cleaning products you buy? Why?
R/ No, i don,t
Because i use many products to get good results.

4)  What kind of cleaning product would you like it to be improved? Why?


R/I would like to improve those who take care of hair care, I consider that there are many
products to use with a single objective

R/The most representative brands of the market in cleaning products are:

 Ariel (p&g) detergent poder


 Scotch bride (3M) manufacture of sponges and scourers for kitchen and bathroom
scrubbing.
 Pantene (p&g) hair care line
 Clorox bleaches, cleaners, stain removers
 Colgate oral cleaning, air fresheners and cleaners

6) Which are the most important aspects to be taken into account to choose a cleaning
product brand?

 that does not cause damage to the health of the user
 have a good smell
 make it easy to use
 that its price is not excessive
 that has a good reputation
 have good publicity
 that can buy anywhere
