Reflection:

I consider this as the most challenging part of the training. To think of a best
strategy every single day. To prepare an attractive visual aid every single day. To
deliver the lesson alive and energetic as possible. The daily struggle is somewhat
making us immune on the workloads we will face in the future.

The daily challenge is to attain your objectives, with your well-managed time.
One hour that is seemed so short but you need to make every second meaningful.
After making this summary, I cannot believe that I already delivered those lessons
and taught those concepts to my students.

As a day pass by, I make sure that students should learn from me, and I do
learn from them also. Each day of the practice teaching makes me realize that I still
have a lot more to discover in the academe. I need to explore how our education
system functions. Of course, there are negative insights seeing the education system
we have today, but there is still a hope seeing the hard working teachers strive every
day.

I learned a lot of strategies, techniques, and styles in order for us to make a

more managed classroom. I discover new creative on how to handle different types
of students depending on their level of understanding, attitude, and personality. I
also learned how to adjust on the different scenarios. I learned how to be a more
flexible teacher in case of unexpected instances.

These set of learnings a got from my critic teacher, as well as other teachers
in the faculty including other life lesson will surely help me to become a good and
effective teacher in the near time.

For my future students, brace yourselves. A well-equip teacher is coming.
