Clean dust of light system

（1） Power off the instrument. Remove back cover, side cover and front cover of this

instrument.

（2） Remove all screws which fix the work platform. Then remove the small cover

which is between sampling needle and mixer.

（3） Remove right part cover from work platform. Push sampling needle to reagent

sampling position as below picture.

（4） Rise up left cover and rotate it as below picture.

（5） Push the sampling needle to the back word. When you push it, please do not let

the probe scratch the cover.

（6） Remove the left side cover from work platform.

（7） Remove the black cover.

Note: There is a screw fixes the wash head.

（8） Do not remove the screws which fix the black cuvette holder, other wise the instrument can not

be used in your side.

（9） Remove the lamp block. There are 3 screws fix the lamp block.
（10） Remove “Optical set” after remove the screw.

Optical set is fixed

by this screw.

（11） Use ear washing bulb to blow two sides of all filters.

（12） Clean dust of the two lens. Do not remove black cuvette holder.

（13） After clean the light system, fix all the parts and covers.
