Hereinafter referred to the “RCIC".
WHEREAS, RCIC is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant providing quality immigration solutions to
individuals and families who wish to immigrate to Canada or visit Canada for a short period;
AND WHEREAS, Client needs assistance applying under the Federal Express Entry Program.
NOW THEREFORE, in mutual consideration of the premises above and covenants herein contained, the parties
agree as follows:
DUTIES OF THE RCIC
The RCIC undertakes to:
a) Assess the Client’s personal details and eligibility information, as provided in the assessment form;
b) Assist the Client in the preparation of the case, including review of all documents and supporting
evidence and submission of the case to the Federal Express Entry Program;
c) Counsel the Client at various stages of the processing when required.
CLIENT’S UNDERTAKINGS:
The Client undertakes to:
a) Extend authority, by signing this agreement to act on the Client’s behalf with regards to all matters
relating to the application for permanent residence, and this authority shall extend to all dependants
listed in the application;
b) Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information to the RCIC, with the understanding that any
inaccuracies may seriously affect the outcome of the application;
c) Acknowledge that the RCIC has not undertaken to provide any legal advice on any topic other than
immigration;
d) I acknowledge & understand that it is my responsibility to provide to RCIC satisfactory required
minimum English proficiency language test result for myself and the spouse (if applicable) from an
approved body appointed by CIC prior to submission my application.
e) I understand that it is my responsibility to provide to RCIC education credential evaluation report
for myself and for the spouse (if applicable) performed by an institute in Canada appointed by
Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC).

FEES PAYABLE TO THE RCIC AND TO IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES:
That the Client undertakes and agrees to the followings:
a) It is the responsibility of the Client to make sure the fees reach RCIC' s bank account by way of bank
draft, credit cards or through a wire transfer; the RCIC is only responsible for the fee that has been
successfully deposited in their designated bank account.
b) I understand that in addition to the professional fees of RCIC, the Client must pay the applicable
Canadian immigration government fees such as application processing and right of permanent
residency fee.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Please be advised that Jagdev Farmaha is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada
Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as, bound by the By-Laws, Code of Professional Ethics and associated
Regulations. In the event of a dispute, the Client and RCIC to make every effort to resolve the matter between the
two parties. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, the Client is to present the complaint in writing directly
to RCIC, not to any other employee or associate of the Company and allow RCIC (45) days to respond. In the
event the dispute is still unresolved, the Client may follow the complaint and discipline procedures outlined by
ICCRC on their website www.iccrc-crcic.ca/public/compliantDiscipiline.cfm or write to Immigration Consultants of
Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), 5500 North Service Road, Suite 1002, Burlington, Ontario, L7L 6W6, toll free
phone 1-877-836-7543.
AGREEMENT DETAILS:
The parties agree and undertake that this agreement represents the entire and complete intention of the parties,
that it is the intention of the parties that this contract be drafted in the English language;
PROFESSIONAL FEES:
Our total consulting fee for the Federal Express Entry Program is US $ 1,495 (One Thousand Four Hundred &
Ninety Five United States Dollars). There is no tax to be paid by the overseas applicants, clients within Canada
must pay all applicable taxes over and above the consulting fee. All disbursements for the overseas and within
Canada clients are included in the total consulting fee. This fee is for the principal applicant, spouse and all
dependent children. The professional fee is paid as follows,

US $ 1,495 ITA (Invitation to Apply) for permanent Residency.

REFUND:
a) I understand and acknowledge that the approving my application and the time required for the processing
the application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the RCIC.
b) I understand once my file is created and if I wish to withdraw at any stage for whatever reason, I shall be
not entitled to any refund of the fee paid to RCIC.
c) I understand RCIC has not given any guarantee of the acceptance under any of the Program. I further
understand that if I am not invited to file for a Permanent residency nomination there will not be any refund
of the fee paid.
d) I understand and acknowledge that in the event if I am not able to get the required IELTS scores, RCIC Will
hold the file till I am able to get the minimum 6 bands in each of the 4 streams as per the guidelines of CIC
for submission. I further understand that I will be required to provide IELTS score to RCIC as per the signed
declaration, If I fail to provide the required scores, there will not be a refund of the fee paid to RCIC.
e) I understand and acknowledge that in the event the Canadian Immigration introduces any new changes
which may have a negative effect on my application. RCIC shall not be held liable and there will not be any
refund of the fee paid.

JURISDICTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, and shall be
binding upon the parties hereto, and upon their respective representatives, successors and assigns and the heirs
of any individual that is a party hereto for the purpose of all legal proceedings, this Agreement shall be deemed to
have been performed in Canada shall have jurisdiction to entertain any action arising under this Agreement. Each
party hereto attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
VALIDITY:
This Agreement shall be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of signing the contract of engagement.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
All in formation and documentation reviewed by the RCIC, required by CIC and other governing bodies, and used
for the preparation of the application will not be divulged to any third party, other than agents and employees
without prior consent, except as demanded by the law.
FORCE MAJEURE:
The RCIC's failure to perform any terms of the Retainer Fee Agreement, as result of conditions beyond his/her
control such as but not limited to governmental restrictions or subsequent legislation, war, strikes or act of God
shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement
CONSENT AND SIGNATURE:
The Client undertakes and agrees:
a) That I have fully read and understood the contents of this agreement including RCIC’s refund policy, the
language proficiency test and education credential evaluation requirement etc. I have also sought
clarification for all the points that were unclear to me prior to signatures.
b) I understand the Express Entry application submitted by me is not an application for permanent residency but
only the first stage in the assessment of my eligibility for permanent residency. Not all the candidates who
apply for an Express Entry Program are invited to apply for a permanent resident visa.
c) I further confirm that RCIC has not provided me any guarantees of the acceptance of my application to the
Express Entry Visa program and its outcome.
d) I further understand that my file is being prepared by the RCIC based upon the information provided by me
either through online assessment or through my current resume (Bio-data), I further warrant that the
information provided to RCIC or to the Immigration department is Honest and Truthful and I would provide
all the required document to support my application for Canadian Permanent immigration.
e) I understand that it is my sole responsibility to advise the RCIC, in case I change my contact information
including home address, phone number or email address etc. I further understand that I must notify RCIC
if there is any change to in the marital status or any other change which may have effect on my application.
