It is with great regret and frustration, I write to you today regarding my high-speed Internet service.

While your service has never had problems before, recently I have experienced severe interruptions to
my Internet, I believe that wantedly disconnected my Internet, without giving any proper notice. Even
though I have a active ACT connection, I still took your connection from April 2019 for 6 months.

The problem began on June 11th, when I called the customer care ,they straightaway forwarded telling
me that my connection is active and they are able to see that from their end, after 4 days , one services
engineer visited my home and said, issue is related to fiber and he left. But to my surprise, customer
care team is still able to see my connection is active. I am not sure how it is possible.

Yesterday another service engineer visited my home and confirmed fiber is in disconnected state and
asked to talk with Ranjit(Manager) and his mobile number is 6309957050, Ranjit promised me to
reactivate my fiber connection by EOD yesterday, which has not happened and today he is not even
picking my call.

Please suggest me to whom I should contact to resolve my connectivity issue, it is almost all 120 hours
still no one has even responded on this issue "Ticket Number: SR1018806054210".

If technical team not able to fix this issue, please refund my money back I will find another subscriber .
This is very bad service .
