As per the complaint GD Ref number -541 (dated-07-07-2019) it has been reported to you that my mobile
(Brand- Realme, Model- Realme 3, IMEI No. – 867755045758999 / 867755045109881, Approx value –
Rs.13500/-) and other important documents (as mentioned in the GD) had been stolen from the exam
hall of Dum Dum Motijheel College, Room number-NB1.

In this regards, we have checked the CCTV footage of the college, Based on the behavior and acts seen in
the CCTV footage we all (College authority and other viewers) have doubted
________________________________________________.

Yesterday on 14th July’19, after 1st slot exam (10am to 12pm) we (College authority, Classmate friends,
and family members), on the college premises have asked him very politely to confess his offence if he
has done this, But as he had 2nd slot exam from 1PM so we could not enquired much.

Now this is my humble request to you please lodge an F.I.R against my stolen mobile (IMEI-
867755045178599 / 867755058699881) and request you to investigate the same to assist me to get back
my mobile phone.

Kindly let me know if there is any progress in finding the stolen mobile phone.
