Frequently Asked Questions:

 Offer is only for VLE of CSC SPV.

 VLE has to pay Rs. 5,000/-, only through his Wallet as a Booking amount.
 Balance he need to pay in 18 equal instalments of Rs. 1,645/- per month on 10th of
every proceeding month.
 No Interest in charged on the Instalment VLE has to pay the actual amount mentioned
for offer only.
 Instalments will be deducted every month automatically from the wallet of VLE.
 Total amount of this Offer is Rs. 34,610/- for both Laptop and Printer Combo.
 Offer Valid till Holi Festival.
 Price Inclusive of delivery taxes and other duties.
 All the Agreements will be signed at New Delhi
 All the disputes will be settled in the Delhi Jurisdictions.
 Please find herewith attached Agreement for your reference and start connecting
these VLEs of your respective state for availing this Offer.
 They have to give the payment through their wallets and send us a mail on
gaurav.choudhary@csc.gov.in for the confirmation of payment alognwith Screenshot.
 Warranty is for 1.5 Years from Date of procurement of Laptop & Printer.
 Delivery will take at least 10-15 days depending upon the terrain where the Delivery is to
made by us.
 It is mandatory for the VLEs to share the Agreement duly filled to SPOCS of their
respective States along with three PDCs of Rs. 10000/-. without which we will not
be able to initiate the Delivery of these Laptops.

Availing the Scheme:

1. VLEs has to give three Cheques of 10,000/- each as a PDCs after the payment of Rs.
5000/- through Portal.
2. VLE has to sign the Agreement with CSC for availing this Offer
3. Laptop and Printer will be sent once the Agreement and PDC received by CSC SPV Head
Office.
4. Delivery will be made to the Address mentioned at the time of Payment.

Mandatory Terms and Condition

 Warranty lapse or cancelled or void if the Laptop and Printer is Manhandled by the
VLE or any of the person receiving it.
 CSC SPV will not provide any other supporting Programs or Software along with the
Combo.
 All the Accessories or any cable will be as per the company standards and CSC SPV will
not supply anything other than the provision made by the manufacturing company.
 Warranty of 18 Months will be provided on Laptop & Printers will be available only by
the HP Company.
 If the amount of Instalments not paid by the CSC VLE through wallet for two
continuous months, then CSC Head Office will send his/her PDC cheque for clearing in
the Bank.
 CSC SPV will not repair replace or reissue the Laptop & Printer once issued to VLEs.
