The conference given by KIn Robinson is very interesting because it exposes several topics that

occur daily in our educational system where the main objective is not to stimulate students'
creativity, but to fill them with "useful" information, which is only memorized for a moment by
students and is rarely used for the creative resolution of important problems.

In such a hierarchical system where mathematics and languages occupy the first places, the arts
are not given much attention because they have been stigmatized as areas that do not offer much
economic remuneration compared to other sciences, such as engineering, medicine , etc. This
problem is not new and can be located from the time of industrialization, which, as Kin Robinson
said, has been the basis for the creation of the current educational system. In a time where
production and capital are the most important, priority should be given to those fields of
knowledge that are in tune with these aspects. In this way, the socioeconomic structure will be
directly influencing education systems, focusing on the training of students to produce and
generate more economic capital, forgetting the student as a person and their potential. Thus, the
creative qualities and faculties of each student are relegated to oblivion and are stigmatized
because for what they are good at school is not valued and in this way, as Kin said, "many
talented, bright and creative people think that no they are"

Stimulating creativity is something that must be done from the beginning of school and at the
same time changing the belief that making mistakes is not right because to generate something
original you must be open to making mistakes.
