The technologies in education is a determining factor for the consolidation of school
autonomy, thus emphasizing the importance of good management for the success of educational institutions, as this affects the use optimal human resources and time, in the planning of tasks, the distribution of work and its productivity, the efficiency of the administration, the performance of technological resources and the quality of educational processes. In this sense, it is where the Educational Community, since its necessity, implements a DIGITAL LIBRARY in order to guarantee and facilitate the access to the students to the information systems such as the books for the optimal development of their academic activities. take on the challenge of achieving, under your direction, a good use of technology in education, which ensures its constant participation in academic, technical and administrative, and daily and constant presence.
Directing these technological processes implies, a pedagogical act in which it is promoted,
the participation of the educational community to guarantee access to digital information. Therefore, this research by its object of study is case research, since the perceptions of students and teachers are collected through surveys; according to their data used, their approach is qualitative, because the information arises during the whole process, is descriptive due to the need to count an event and effect or incidence and its time of study is transversal, since it is studied only once in a certain time and space.
