develop a metal matrix composite tank track shoe”.]

[One paragraph – just enough information to make sense of the proposal]

[Two or three paragraphs to describe project]

[List participants by organization (individual names not required)]

6. U.S. Participants
[List participants by organization (individual names not required)]

[List anticipated project milestones by month and year]
