We, Kathleen and Joevel Barida would like to ask a special favor you with regards to the
near termination of our contract with your office, Would it be possible for us to ask your good
office to please reconsider our situation? As one of your original loyal tenants, we will forever be
grateful if you could afford us a possible extension of our term in the lease of the Celebrewtea
Lane from June 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Maybe by this extended time, we could find
another office space, in which we could transfer our business,
