IIM Bangalore’s PGPEM is completing its 21st Anniversary in year 2019 and will be hosting its flagship
Visionary Leadership Summit, Drisht, on 10th Feb 2019. PGPEM - Post Graduate Program in Enterprise
Management, one of the four academic programs at IIM-B, draws talented working professionals from
diverse industries.

It is with great pleasure we would like to invite you to Drishti ’2019. The event focusing on the theme
“Indian Leadership – Going global in Digital Era”, will have leaders and entrepreneurs from the Industry
and Business world discussing the opportunities and challenges faced in scaling the Indian companies to
other countries, how companies can leverage the learnings from Multi-National Companies in India, and
apply this insight for expansion into new geographies. PGPEM Visionary Leadership Summit 2019 also
aims to dissect the challenges faced by leadership in Global companies and empower young graduates to
