January there was a notice from the HRDD that

JO's are requested to fill in the IDP Form
Since the HRDD expressed their interest to have
the existing JOs to have training,
Issue - COA may not allow such since the funding
source will still yet to be justifiable until an action is
taken
CSC is requesting for that IDPs for both Regular
and Contract of Service
Stated on the ORA MC24 s. of 2018
The years in service as JO are counted/recognized
as experience and if no other applicants sa job na
pag-aapplyan, the JO are considered as first
preference
