The Polytechnic University of the Philippines-College of Communication requires all student to complete a 200-hour
internship program in any radio station in Metro Manila. May I therefore endorse Jovelyn G. Espelimburgo to undergo
training at DZXL 558

To ensure however that the students are able to maximize their time with your firm in the safest way possible, it is
requested that:

 the student be assigned in areas or work assignments that are meaningful and will make use of the
his/her competencies and skills in the discipline;
 he/she not be given personal and menial tasks that are not related to the discipline;
 he/she not be given work assignments that are dangerous or will expose him/her to risk or harm;
 he/she be dealt with in a professional manner in all office transactions; and
 interactions between students and company employees be strictly confined to professional work dealings
and engagements.

May we further request that a Memorandum of Agreement be entered into between your company and our University
relative to this internship program.
