The purpose of thase instructions is to inform the user about the technical functioning of the equipment for the intended purpose(s); they do not cover any aspects of radiation protection or other aspects of safety relating ta the application of the equipment. The user must be avare of all regulations and requirenents that may be applicable governing the installation and use of equiprent producing fonieing radiation for medical purposes. BLECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD Do not remove any high voltage cable connection to an X-ray tube. Note also that such a cable aay retain an electric charge or be connected to other components retaining a charge after the equipment has been switched off. Do not renove any covers or panels giving access to live parts. Any cover requiring the use of a tool for its reroval can be assuned to be in this category. EXPLOSION HAZARD ‘This equipment is not classified as anaesthetic-proof and may ignite flamable anaesthetics. Flanmasle agents used for skin cleaning or disinfection may 21so produce an explosion hazard.
