    WEEKLY REPORT

    TEAM: HANOI HS & BAC NINH


    1. Progress: Here is what we achieved this week:
    a. Hanoi HS
    - Completed the Academic meeting of 4 schools. (The rest are: Tran Phu HS, Viet Duc
    HS, Phan Dinh Phung HS, Chu Van An HS)
    - School Year Closing Ceremony: Planned, withdrew money from Accountants and
    presented to schools. (13 schools)
    - Participated in some SY closing Ceremony: Viet Duc HS (Ms. Phuong & Nguyet),
    Tay Ho HS (Ms. Linh), Tran Quoc Tuan HS (Ms. Phuong).
    - Finished Nhan Chinh Outing at Hoang Ngan Center.
    - Completed April
    - Welcomed Nhan Chinh school BOD and teachers visit (Friday afternoon)
    - Completed 13 Contract Terminations for approval.
    b. Bac Ninh
    - School Year Closing Ceremony: Planned, withdrew money from Accountants and
    presented to schools. (11 schools – only Ninh Xa left)
    - Prepared for SY Closing Ceremony at schools: arranged flowers,…
    - Send schools the Student test compilation (5 schools - Ms.Phuong)
    - Prepared for and participated in Tien An SS English Club Anniversary (Friday
    morning).
    - Planned, arranged for Tien An make- up classes.
