Welcome to the New School year!

My name is Mrs.Brooks. I will be your children's teacher for this semester. Your student may
already know me from pervious years of working as a long-term sub here at Hopper Middle
school. I was born and raised in the city of Houston, TX where I attend and graduated from
Milby High. I attended Houston community college, University of Houston, and University of
Phoenix. I started out in education in 1999-2000 school year with Fort Bend ISD.

It is my pleasure to welcome you and your student to Food and Fabrics. This is a year plan
full of learning, excitement, and fun. You will be amaze of the growth your student will have in
their educational middle school expriences.

I am looking forward to working with you and your students this school year. I am happy about
the anticitpation of the many milestones that your student and the class will reach.
Commuication is the key to help our student grow in the area of education. I enjoy getting
emails as a form of commuincation. I generally reveiw my emails every evening. My email is
