AN ACT AMENDING SECTION II OF REPUBLIC ACT

NO. 9006, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “FAIR
ELECTION A C r

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of

the Philippines in Congress assembled:

1 S ection l. Amended Rates of Political Propaganda. —

2 Section 11 of Republic Act No. 9006, otherwise known as

3 the “Fair Election Act”, is hereby amended to read as

4 follows:

5 “Sec. 11. Rates of Political Propaganda. -

6 During the election period, media outlets shall

7 [charge] GIVE registered political parties and

8 bona fide candidates a [discounted rate]
