FROM: ROMIA MANAGEMENT RE : RIGHT OF WAY PRIVATE PROPERTY RULES
Please be informed that effective immediately, the following rules shall be
implemented in our ROMIA Right of Way property:
1. Since our Right of Way is a private property, parking is strictly prohibited.
Violators found shall be fined P5,000. 2. Illegally parked vehicle shall be given notice posted at the concerned vehicle and will be given 5 days thereafter to vacate the premises; otherwise, such vehicle shall be towed by authorized towing company in coordination with the barangay and shall be charged to the respective owner. 3. Cleanliness is being maintained in our Right of Way Property. As such, littering is strictly forbidden. Anyone caught committing this shall be fined P1,000.
