The assignment I chose to write about was a case study homework assignment. This
assignment shows that I am able to build a rehabilitation plan for a patient. Being able to pick out
important information from an evaluation, understanding what it means, and using that
information in the patient’s best interest shows the skill set I have learned from this course.
Another important part of this assignment was helping the patient understand the condition they
have in a way that makes sense to them. Not everyone is going to understand big scientific
words, so using lament terms for a patient really makes them feel like you are talking to them
instead of talking over them. These skills learned in this course will benefit me in treating future
patients.
