I want to make a parking app

th idea is an app that a person can sell there parking spot to a person that needs
it
so the person would get on the app and see all the available parking spots in his
area
and hav the ability after getting the parking spot from the other user to pay him
on the app for giving him the parking spot
the app would deal with private parking spots and public parking spots
each person would also have a place to give feedback and ratings for the other
person that he buys the spot from similar to apps like gett taxi or uber
there is an exsiting app called monkeyparking that has make this app
and i need something similar
but not exactly
