Topic: increasing student interest in reading through Readers’ Log

Research Question: How does Readers’ Log influence student motivation in reading?

Hypothesis:

Through Readers’ Log student can….

 Developing more interest to read.

 Acquiring better reading strategies.

 Acquiring/enriching new vocabularies.

 Getting new knowledge.

 Knowing own limitation in reading activities.

Questions:

1. Through readers' log, I can enrich my vocabularies

2. I can understand what the meaning of the words without looking at the dictionary for the exact
meaning.

3. Through readers' log, I can get the point of the information faster.

4. Through readers' log, my motivation on reading is increased.

5. Through readers' log, I can imagine what kind of text by only read the title.

6. I'm helped to conduct the evaluation in my reading strategies by using readers' log.
