Levels of Customer Satisfaction on Gaisano Country Mall Food Court Service.

Statement of the Problem

The researchers aims to identify the satisfaction levels of the customers regarding the

service of Food Court employees on Gaisano Country Mall. To know and inform the results of

the study to the community and to the staff so that the staff may be able to maximize their

strengths and weaknesses, and also for the community for them to know of the services offered

by the management. The respondents participating in this study will be the customers of the

Food Court in Gaisano Country Mall. This study is to be conducted for two days during the week

and two more days during weekends.

Specifically, the researchers seek to answer the following questions:

1. What are the capabilities of the Food Court in terms of:

a. Capacity of the stalls

b. Products offered

c. Number of Employees

2. How does the customer service of employees in the Food Court of Gaisano Country Mall

affect the satisfaction level of customers?

3. What are the effects of the levels of customer satisfaction to the management?
