Minutes of Meeting — 1% June 2019 UTKAL Fismidth Krebs Mr Surender Kumar Kunal Kothari Mr RameshChandra Duwada Nitin Saxena Reference: - Mill Slurry Pump, 232-PU-102A FLS Krebs team visited Utkal site on 29" May to 1* June 2019 to ascertain and review the performance of mill MAX 6x4-21 High Head pump supplied against the PO Number 91102209. Krebs mill MAX Pump was commissioning on 24/2/2019 at relay tank and Pump serial Number is 17168. 1. It is acknowledged that during 1* month of commissioning power draw was 20-30% lower than existing equipment for the same duty condition. 2. Data taken from DCS clearly indicates that the flow pumped from Krebs mill MAX pmp is higher than the existing installations, There are instances where the flow of the pump has been over 300 m3/h which is 30% higher than design capacity. Considering the higher flow of 130% over design, the power reading is accordingly higher and cannot be compared to the power readings of flow of 250m3/h of existing installation. ‘These readings are based on the data after correcting the flowmeters and current readings in both the DCS and the panel at the field, 3.
