On the big beads:

“Let be blessed the Name of the Holy Mary,
Queen of the Heaven and of the Earth,
Immaculately Conceived.”
On small beads:
“O, Mary Conceived without sin,
Pray for us and for the whole world.” (7 times x 10 beads).
At the end:
“O, Mary Conceived without sin,
Be always with us and with the whole world” (3x)
