 May 2018 – till date: Working as a Credit Officer at CanFin Homes Ltd.
Primary responsibility being Risk based pricing of Housing Finance Proposals and
assessing Risk through judgemental scorecards, conducting site visits to assess the details
of Property/Project (Due Diligence).

Also handled Documents’ scrutiny as per requirements of Credit, Legal and Technical
aspects and post - sanction compliance, process execution for disbursement.

It has been a great learning experience through-out the process.

Study of Credit Appraisal Process of SME Lending: The main objective of this internship
was to study in depth the appraisal and analysis framework of various credit facilities
availed by the Bank for SME borrowers.

 Familiar with Programming languages like C++, SQL, .NET. Interned at Infosys -
Hyderabad for a period of 4 months during 2014-15.

 Skilled in handling tools like SPSS, MS Access – Macros and MS Office.
