Dear Mr. Juan Cruz,

This letter serves as a formal demand for payment of the unpaid

principal amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 13,000.00)
plus any legal interests as appropriate.

We have agreed that you will pay your debt on or before the
SEVENTH (7th) day every month, however you did not comply with
our agreement.

I have previously tried to contact you through phone calls last May
20, 2019 and several text messages but as of the date of this letter, I
had not yet received any response from you.

If I do not receive payment in full by June 15, 2019, I will have no

choice but to initiate legal action against you in court.
