The victine parents reported finding a journal docunenting a relationship between the defendant and victin. The contents of the journal indicate the relationship was sexual in nature and that they had been talking to each other since September 23, 2018. The first tine they engaged in sexusl intercourse vas October 18, 2018, At that tine, the victin vas fourteen jyeare old and the defendant was twenty-three years old. The | | derendant also adzitted to engaging in sexual intercourse with the victim in the back seat of ‘ig venicle on an unknown date within the parking lot of the Mobil gas station located at 26055 SR 52, Land 0 Lakes, located within Pasco County.
