For all those who didn't attend class today-

Sit in meditative posture, heels touching, hands on the thighs with palms facing upwards.
Think of your right leg. Associate yourself to the big toe in the right leg, imagine the
bones breathing. Chant in your mind, the substance of breath or the substance of silence
coming in...in...in. Next imagine the second toe, the substance of breath coming
in...in..in. Same way, imagine all the toes, the bones breathing, the substance of breath
coming in..in..in. Then imagine the portion of the feet after the toes, the substance of
silence coming in..in. Then the arch below the feet, then the bones of the heels. This
way, we have to feel the bones of both our legs breathing. See that even though, it looks
the same to others, v look at our bones of our feet as Divine.
