Proposed Resolution Authorizing the Hon. Joseph S. Tan, City Mayor of
Santiago City, to Enter Into and Sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for and
in behalf of the City Government of Santiago with the Samahan ng mga OFW ng
Santiago City (SOSC) for the implementation of Programs and Projects of the
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) under the Bottom-Up Budgeting
(Bub) Program (Sponsored by: Coun. Arlene Jane Alvarez-Reyes).
YOUR HONOR, THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE
SAID RESOLUTION (Please refer to the attached Draft Resolution with ANNEX “A”),
HENCE, IF THERE ARE NO QUESTIONS YOUR HONOR……(PAUSE AND WAIT FOR ANY

Benjamin Valdez, dated September 11, 2016, re: Intention to donate portions of
land located at Barangay Rizal, Santiago City;

YOUR HONOR, THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE COMMITTEE IS FOR THE

DEFERREMENT OF THE SAID SUBJECT MATTER. ALSO FOR THE SAME SUBJECT MATTER,
THE CITY LEGAL OFFICE IS LIKEWISE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT A LEGAL OPINION AND
THE City Engineering Office is Requested to conduct an ocular inspection/survey
of the subject land.
