We would like to excuse your son/daughter ____________________ of STEM 12-12TEC for the
shooting that will be held tomorrow night after classes, February 19, 2019.

Also, we would also like to ask permission to let your son/daughter to have its overnight in one of
the houses of our classmate- still, the decision is up to you.

The said shooting will be held at Barangka, Riverbanks. This film shooting is a pre-requisite for
graduation in the subject Media and Information Literacy (M.I.L.)- the last performance task in this
semester.
