Based on the result of the 2nd quarterly exam in MAPEH, there were no item labeled to have very low mastery, but
instead teachers took the competencies to be remediated from the items with moving towards mastery and closely
approximating mastery. Since there are no identified VLM, students who were unable to understand the lesson due
to failing activities were given intervention to be able to cope up and clearly understand the lesson.

Grade 7
The identified topic in music is elements of music of Mindanao and MIMAROPA, the given intervention was listening
activity were the students will listen to different music of Mindanao and MIMAROPA and will identify the elements of
the music orally. In arts the identified topic was arts and crafts of Mindanao and MIMAROPA, the activity for
intervention was the presentation of arts and crafts from Mindanao and MIMAROPA and the students will orally
identify and describe each picture. The identified topic in Physical Education was the equipment and skills in
badminton, the activity given was the oral identification of equipment and skills in badminton. In health, the first
identified was the food pyramid, the students were asked to orally present the food pyramid, the other identified
topic was the nutritional problems and adolescents where the students were asked to have a brainstorming about
the topic.

Grade 8
The identified topic on music was the classification of instrument of East Asia, the activity given to the students is to
make a scrap book on the classification for each country followed by a short quiz. In arts the identified topic was the
meaning of false mask and the painting of East Asia, the activities given were creating a false mask and making a
book mark with painting inspired by East Asian culture and design also followed by a short quiz. In Physical
Education the identified topic was the rules in playing softball, the activities given were playing modified softball
game where the rules of the game should strictly be followed. In health it was pregnancy that was identified, the
activity given were the scrapbook on the stages of pregnancy where they will also present their own pictures of
growing up together with an interview with their parents about their experience in pregnancy and experience of their
father in taking care of his pregnant wife. A short quiz was also given for P.E. and Health.

Grade 9
The identified topic in music was the vocal and instrumental music of classical period, the activity given was for
students to present a silent movie with a classical music as their background. In arts it is the Baroque artworks and
artist that was identified and the intervention given to them was the royal selfie, but instead of using a traditional
French royal costume the students will use the traditional Filipino attire. In Physical Education the Latin dance in
social dances was identified and was given an intervention of cha-cha-cha where the students should present a cha-
cha-cha dance number. While in health, the identified topic was drug abuse and the given intervention was to
present a role play the would show the application of decision making skills .
