Exploring the Haryanvi Cuisine

The diversity of India is such that it is said that the language, people and food changes every ten
miles. Staying true to the fact, the diversity has immersed into the cuisines as well where one finds a
plethora of food dishes and various cuisines spread across the subcontinent. Some of them have
been original and some came out as a result of Haryana, as the name suggests has been the land of
myriad green fields and the agrarian communities who dwell on dishes rich in nutrition and energy.
The land is abundant in rich crops such as wheat, millet and barley and has been blessed by the milk
production. No doubt one can see the people of Haryana excelling in Sports, defence and other
arenas.
