Dear Governor Alvarado,

This letter serves as the written notice to all parties of the mutual agreement to terminate
the contract “________________________________________________.”

Both parties thereby agree to hereby mutually release each other and each of their respective
successors and assigns from and against any and all costs, damages, actions, proceedings,
demands or claims whatsoever that either of them now has or may hereafter have against
the other party hereto, by reason of or in connection with the above-mentioned contract.

This agreement shall be binding only upon signing of both parties and the release of the final
payment by the procuring entity to the contractor. Both parties may sign in counterparts
and each copy with signature shall form part of the total agreement.
