Quotation Notice
1. The Employer, “Executive Engineer PWD Building Division Neelum” invites sealed bids/
Quotation under AJ&K PPRA rules from eligible firms (Manufactures/Showroom Holders/
Workshops/Suppliers) and qualified with the Employer for the following works.
i) “Denting and Painting, Replacement of Radiator Govt. Veh. No AJKA 2796 etc all complete.
2. Further detail/Specifications of work can be obtained from office of undersigned during office
hours.
3. All quotations/bids must be delivered to “Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Building
Division Neelum AJK” at or before 10:00 hours, on 18-6-2018. Quotation will be opened at
12:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders, representative who may choose to attend,
at the same address.
4. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation.
5. All taxes/ funds will be deducted according to the prevailing AJ&K Government rules.
