It consists of three components : Component-I: Research Capacity Building and Human Resource Development (all disciplines); Component-2 : Trans-disciplinary Research and Social Innovation for National Development (all disciplines); and Component-3 : High Impact Trans-disciplinary Research in Humanities and Human Sciences. Detailed guidelines of STRIDE are available on UGC Website{ www.uge.ac.in] The task of implementing STRIDE has been assigned to Banaras Hindu University (BHU).
