To Whom It May Concern;

Good day! It is a great honour and privilege to be given a chance to be part of this academy of several
months. I learned a lot about the cultures and practices from other countries and it surely made me a
better teacher and an open-minded individual. I am also very thankful to my team leader, Ms. Cathy for
her guidance and encouragement throughout my stay here in the academy. However, there are
personal and health circumstances that I also need to consider. I am writing this letter with the urge to
let you know the true reason of my resignation effective June 22, 2018.

I really had a great time and a memorable experience here. I am forever grateful to the hiring staff,
managers and coordinators for the support and care that they have provided all these time. I just hope
that if ever I’ll be given another chance to be part of this academy again, I hope the academy will still
accept me as one of your hardworking teachers.
