Order #26 s, 1997 on Institutionalization of SPED Program in all schools and to strengthen Inclusive Education, the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) under Project Kalinga will conduct a division wide Sign Language for all schools with SPED Center in every municipality starting this month of September onwards. 2. This activity aims to: ‘a. Equip all the regular teachers, SPED teachers, and students with basic sign language skills. b. Ensure that all teachers and students know how to communicate to our LSEN c. Strengthen sign language in an inclusive school environment 3. The participants to this special skills endeavor are: a. Public Schools District Supervisors b. All Elementary and Secondary Principals/Head Teachers c. School children in all municipalities 4.
