SOURCE OF WATER: RIVER

OBSERVATIONS:

1. The water has a greenish tint or color.


2. The river is flowing out to the sea.
3. The river appeared to be long.
4. There were birds and animals that lived along
the riverbank.
5. There was vegetation growing along the
riverbank.
SOURCE OF WATER: SEA

OBSERVATIONS:

1. The sea is very wide.


2. The sea’s waves are very big sometimes, the
waves move in and out of the shoreline.
3. There are a lot of ships and boats out at sea.
4. The sea’s water tasted salty when I swam in its
waters.
5. The sea’s water was clear and had a blue tint or
color, but there were garbage floating in it – like
empty plastic bottles, empty plastic bags.
SOURCE OF WATER: LAKE

OBSERVATIONS:

1. The lake had freshwater fish in it; I caught some


fish in it and released them back into the water.
2. The lake was surrounded by land.
3. The lake had ducks swimming in it.
4. The water of the lake had a greenish tint or
color.
5. There was moss growing inside and around the
lake’s area.

THREE WAYS TO CONSERVE WATER

1) USE A BASIN TO CATCH HAND RINSE


WATER AND REUSE THE WATER FOR
FLUSHING THE TOILET
2) USE A BASIN TO CATCH RINSE WATER
FROM WASHING DISHES TO REUSE FOR
FLUSHING THE TOILET.
3) MAKE SURE TO CLOSE ALL FAUCETS
PROPERLY AFTER TAKING A BATH OR
WASHING YOUR HANDS.
