– CALL / COMPLAINT DATA MODULE
– The Customers problems are entered here
– Each call or complaint is given an id and followed up and tracked
– It is also given a status of open or resolved.
• TECHNICIAN DETAILS
– Technician will service a particular product.
– His personal data and qualifications are stored.
– The technician is responsible for solving customer’s product
problems.
• ADMIN MODULE
– The admin is the master of the system
– New staff addition and customer complaints status are
monitored here
• Billing MODULE
– Bills for parts and replacements are generated here
