Campus Round (PGP 1 & 2)

Online simulation will be played by teams from their respective locations. Teams from each
campus will be divided into multiple markets. One day before the start of the competition,
teams will get access to the TOPSIM interface to go through their virtual company’s
requirement and to familiarize themselves with the interface.
Teams will be required to submit a short note with the decisions of Simulation Round 1 and
will be given extra time for that. Top 3 teams from each campus will be chosen from the
market winners basis their performance in the simulation and their clarity of thought in the
short note. Instructions and template for submitting the note, and other details will be mailed
to the teams at the start of Simulation Round 1.
National Finals
PGP 1:
At the National finals, all Campus Winners (27 individuals) individually compete against each
other. One day before the start of the competition, they will get access to the TOPSIM
interface to go through their new virtual company’s requirement. They will then be given 7
hours to compete for four rounds of business simulation, to be played from their respective
locations. This allows the participants to showcase their individual mettle and prove themselves.
Instructions and other important details will be mailed to the teams once the results are
announced.

PGP 2:
Qualifiers will participate in an in-person round comprising of four rounds of business
simulation, which is facilitator-led. This will enable the participants to benefit from the
facilitator’s discussions whilst playing their simulations. In addition to the simulation, they will be
required to make a 15-minute pitch providing an overall business analysis of their organization.
The presentation template will be shared with the teams on the day of the competition and
they will be given 1 hour to prepare their presentation and then present it to a panel of senior
leaders. Instructions and other important details will be mailed to the teams once the results
are announced.
Top 3 teams will emerge as the National Winners based on a cumulative score of the business
simulation and the pitch.
