Tech, Dual Degree and Integrated) are required to submit their Semester Registration Form through MIS login only. (hitp://itism.xe.in Separate Notice is being issued to the students registering in 3 Semester B. Tech, Dual Degree and Integrated of Monsoon Semester 2017-18. The students will be required to fill up the required information through MIS login only. “The semester registration will commence from 24.04.2017 and continue till 05.05.2017 (without fine). Students are requited to pay the requisite fee amount through online mode (SB-Collect) only before confine semester registration, Link of the online payment is available on the IT(ISM) website (dnups ani onlmesbt com prelovin/displarfeepavment details hum). For students availing Education Loan, fee payment process will be as follows: 2) Loan from SBI: Download prefilled Bank Challan from SB-Collect and then contact SBI ISM Campus Branch very same day: ) Loan from other Banks: Contact Student Cell/ Cash Counter of Account Section. While filling the Semester Registration Form, the candidates should have scanned copy of receipt for fee payment and upload the same while submitting online Semester Registration Form. 4, After submission of online Semester Registration, the students are advised to take a print out of the receipt generated through the system and keep with their records, 8, Students are advised to make themselves conversant with the Academic Rules provided in the Rule Book. “The rules are available on ISM website hupy/iitism.ae.in/indes. php/links/rules 9. Tech 1,25,462, 1,02,539 1,02,539 NA[NA| NAT NA Mess Charges: The students of Preparatory, 4 Yr. B. Tech, 5 Yr. Integrated & Dual Degree, 3 Vr. M. Sc. Tech, 2 Yr. M.Sc, 4 2 Yr. M. Tech and 2 Yr. MBA are also required to pay Rs. 15,000/- (approximate Mess charge per semester), along with the requisite Monsoon Semester fee 2017-18. There will be no Carry over papers for the students admitted through JEE from 2013-14 onwards and all students admitted from 2015-16 onwards, Such Studenis have to clear the failed papers during the Summer Semester 2017-18, as per rules. For other semesters, fee for carry over subjects is Rs. 500/- for each paper in addition to normal registration fee and should be paid along with registration fee of the semester. The Carry Over is allowed for maximum two subjects in a semester subject to passing in sessional component of the concerned subject. They should submit proper Registration Form for Regular/Carry Repeater as the case may be. The students registered for Carry Over & Repeater will also be required to pay examination fee & fill up the examination form separately by the schedule date after notification for examination notice. Failed students are also required to pay fees for the Idle Semester and to do the online registration separately through MIS only. No students should be allowed to appear in the Mid Semester examination for Monsoon Semester 2017-18, whose name does not appear in the registered students list for Monsoon Semester 2017-18.
