Discussion Post Weebly
Discussion Post Weebly
The Grant-Davie, Stuart Greene, and Henry Jenkins responses and summaries, along with the
first introductory discussion post is tied together by the word “discussion.” Each one of these
assignments relates to conversations taking place and allows us to take place in them too. The
first discussion post is one of the many conversations we participate in in this class.
To capture and highlight this word and theme in my ePortfolio, I will bring up this point
in my reflection of the course. I will show how discussion and conversation was a something us
students had in common with each other through out the whole course. I hope my design choices
fit with the theme of discussion and conversation. I’m going to choose a travel/mountain theme.
Like the mountains and traveling, the discussions taking place in this class are vast. Each one us
chose a different community and researched it, exposing us to a vast array of conversations.
Then, we shared them to each other in the discussion post. With my mountain/travel design, I
The website creation tool I am choosing is Weebly.com. I decided to go with this one
because 1) the student sample examples given to us used Weebly and I became familiar with it
that way, 2) After reviewing the other creation tools and visiting Weebly, I can tell that Weebly

took place in the course. Therefore, I thought Weebly would best describe my work in the class.
As I’ve previously said, I don’t have much experience with ePortfolios. So, to maximize the
capabilities of my choice, I will ask people who are familiar with Weebly for some pointers and
