In our country a phenomenon has been generated as in other Latin
American countries and it is the informal work produced by high unemployment rates. And with the arrival of this phenomenon some problems generated by micro-enterprises and self-employment such as: low productivity in comparison with the costs of formal operation, the same and inadequate for micro and small businesses, information as an option attractive in terms of flexibility and independence and social control. That is why they are generating formalization policies so that informal employment and microenterprises can have the opportunity to compete and provide productivity to the economy. The strategies that are used are the government simplifies the procedures for the registration of companies and licenses, the laws and special regulations in relation to fiscal obligations, the quality of the services provided by the different types of social security schemes and the organization of training programs and information campaigns for employees and employees of micro and small companies.
