CERTIFICATION

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to certify that the Lot bearing Tax Declaration No. 43-0006-20028 owned
by Sps. Juanito M. Carcha and Felicidad M. Carcha of Barangay Bayaoas, this
municipality, had been the site of the Municipal Controlled Dumpsite for almost twenty
years now.
It is further certified that the portion of the same lot is where the Municipal Materials
Recovery Facility had been built and used as such up to this time.
It is finally certified that this Local Government Unit has started the negotiations to finally
purchase the same lot and shall work on the required documents as soon as the purchase
is completed.
Issued this 19th day of July 2019 as a requirement in the release of Financial
Assistance for the establishment / enhancement of this LGU’s Materials Recovery Facility
from the National Solid Waste Management Commission through the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources-Environmental Management Bureau, San Fernando
City, La Union.
