Dear Sir:

This is to inform you that your Contract of Lease with ________ has ended on
_____________. In this regard, we would like to remind you that you still have unpaid
dues on rent, water and electricity bill in the amount of
____________________________________ plus the damages you have caused inside
the room which will only be determined upon due assessment by the management.

We have constantly reminded you regarding your unpaid dues. We have considered your
requests for time to settle your account and have given you enough time to do so. Despite
this extended benevolence, your account remains unsettled up to this date. We even tried
all means possible to reach you through the contact numbers you have provided on your
information sheet but to no avail.

Thus, the management informs you that your account is now due and demandable. We
are giving you a period of twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of this letter to settle your
account otherwise we would be constrained to take the necessary legal actions against
you.
