2 Tablespoons of sugar
A pinch of salt
150ml of Water/Milk
1 Whole Egg
2 Egg whites
1. In a mixing bowl, Mix well all of the dry ingredients together, Flour,Sugar,Salt,Baking powder-Soda.
2. In another bowl, Add in 1 Whole Eggs,oil and water/milk mix until combined.
3. Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients gradually, little by little until its theres no lumps &
well combined.
4. In another container, Separate 2 white eggs from its yolks. ( You’ll only need the egg whites )
5. Grab another bowl and mix the egg whites and in parts— add in half a teaspoon of sugar into the
egg whites 3 times, and combined untill its stiff peaks. ( You’ll know its stiff peaks, saat km balik
bowlnya egg whitesnya ga akan jatuh. )
6. Now you should have 1 bowl of the pancake batter and another bowl of stiff peaks egg white.
7. Gradually, little by little add in the egg whites into the pancake batter slowly, dont over mix! Just
stir it in real subtle like youre making number 6 in your bowl.
8. Once you have your batter ready, heat up a non-stick pan and once just hot enough— turn your fire
into low settings.
9. Add in your batter, cover the pan, and wait for 2-3 minutes untill its golden brown, you may flip the
pancake and wait for another 2-3 minutes..
