Introduction

Sivandapai started his entrepreunership life at age of 18


years. His business was dealing with varieties of dosas
at cochin. His first branch of dosas was started at MG
road ,kochi,kerala during his 1986. The shop he started
was running on a rent basis and afterwards he bought
his own plot and shifted his business there during his
1987.the shop was named as ‘Pai brothers fast food ‘
with a trademark ‘36 varieties of dosas’. Presently his
business has 3 outlets located in Kadavathara,Edappally
and MG Road,ernakulam-kerala and its taken over by
his son Mr Ganesh s pai.Its been successfully running for
40 years and more.

The unique selling propostion of pai brothers Is makin
of different varieties of “DOSA’s”.The unique quality of
the dish is that there are 181 varieties of Dosa,which
attracts the customers in tasting all the different
varieties. Some of different varieties of dosas are
chocolate cashew dosa ,cheese dosa, salt and paper
dosa ,ghee roast ,paneer dosas , butter masala dosa,
and so on.
