Dear Sir, INVITATION TO SUBMIT COMMERCIAL BIDS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY 4-INCHES CLASS 600 BALL VALVE ON THE DRAIN LINE OF PIG RECEIVER BARREL AT INTERMEDIATE PIGGING STATION UMODIAKA ~ RS SEMER BARREL AT INTERMEDIATE PIGGING STATION UMODIAKA The Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) Limited intends to carry out the replacement of faulty 4-inches class 600 ball valve on the drain line of pig receiver barrel at the Intermediate Pigging Station, Umodiaka Consequently, your company is hereby invited to tender for the works in accordance with the guidelines in the scope of works below. 2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS The scope of works for the replacement of the faulty 4-inches valve shall include but not limited to the followings: 2.1 Supply one brand new 4-inches x 3-inches class 600 RF ball valve (Lever operated), 2.2 Carry out necessary test to further confirm the integrity of the valve. 2.3 Mobilize equipment and personnel to site. 2.4 Handle all community related issues concerning the works. 2.5 Decommission faulty 4-inches valve on the drain line of the pig receiver barrel using appropriate lifting equipment. 2.6 _ Install new 4-inches x 3-inches class 600 ball vaive. 2.7 Transport decommissioned valve to Owaza Camp. 2.8 — Clean work environment and demobilize from site.
